Whether you have pain in your back, joints or muscles, it can be debilitating, frustrating and affect your everyday life, from your mobility to getting in and out of bed, standing from your chair, getting washed and dressed or reaching up into cupboards. I can help reduce aches, alleviate your pain and speed your recovery so you can return to everyday activities and get back to doing the things in life you enjoy most. From increasing mobility around the home, building confidence walking outdoors, returning to recreational activities (i.e. gardening, golf, tennis, bowls) or simply playing with grandchildren, the aim is to maximise your independence and quality of life.

Your initial exercise programme will be designed around your current abilities and pain levels. With continued sessions, I will adjust and develop this plan to ensure any initial pain continues to improve, all the time working towards continually reducing aches and the specific goals you wish to achieve.
If you are struggling with day-to-day activities around your home whether that be getting in and out of your chair or bed, getting on and off your toilet, mobilising, or standing for long periods, I can assess your home environment for any potential risks for falls and advise on any modifications, mobility aids or equipment that you might benefit from. The aim here is to enable you to be as independent and safe as possible at home.
Richard has helped cure my back pain using hands on techniques and by following his exercise programme he prescribed me. I am now back to walking around Victoria Park and drinking coffee in the café.
